AAR provides public transportation for eligible customers with disabilities or health conditions that prevent them from using the public buses and subways for some or all of their trips. AAR operates 24/7/365. Call AAR to schedule an appointment at an assessment center to determine elgibility. AAR can be used to/from the assessment.

Reduced fairs are available to riders who are 65+ or have qualifying disabilities. Riders only pay $1.35, or 50% off, the ride. Apply online, in-person, or by mail.

Citi Bike (reduced fare)

Expanded access to bike share through $5 monthly memberships for NYCHA residents and SNAP recipients. With membership you can take as many rides as you want, and the first 45 minutes of each ride are included in your plan when you ride a Citi Bike classic bike.
