At this year's event, we're highlighting our work on 1921 Cortelyou Road in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. 

In November 2018, MHANY Management, Inc. and the Baptist Church of the Redeemer began construction on a nine-story structure that will include a new church facility, 76 affordable residential apartments for seniors, families, and young formerly homeless women, and community facility space available to building and neighborhood residents.
