On Tuesday, New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., New York Council Member Rafael Salamanca Jr., development partners, and community members celebrated the completion of a new workspace facility in the Bronx at the former site of the Spofford Juvenile Detention Center.
